The Vanbrugh - A villa with the influence of design inspired by Sir John Vanbrugh the famous and controversial 17/18th century English architect and dramatist who created what became known as English Baroque.

The interior doors, ironmongery, openings, cabinetry, cornices, balustrading etc. of each villa are designed to reflect the respective styles of their namesakes.

Each villa is consists of two floors with a basement, an elevator, 6 parking spaces for the Vanbrugh, a swimming pool and beautiful landscaping.

Floor finishes to principal areas on the ground floor are finished in contrasting marbles inlaid with borders, cabochon and medallions.

Floor finishes to the staircase and areas on the first floor are also finished in contrasting marbles, with bedrooms finished in hardwood parquet edged with marble.

Bathroom floors, counter tops and walls to ceiling are clad in a combination of contrasting marbles and mosaic. All bathrooms are furnished with vanity cupboards and mirrors over.
